How to Become a Community Host
01 - Join an Event
Purchase an event ticket & select the Community Host box during checkout. Both new and returning attendees are welcome to express interest.
02 - Get Selected
We'll select a Community Host one week before the event and email detailed instructions to help you host a successful BizBestie Walk experience.
03 - Lead the Experience
Arrive a few minutes early, guide the flow, and help everyone connect. Afterwards, upload your photos and videos to our shared folder.

Receive a $25 credit toward a future BizBestie Walk event for each event you successfully host.
Host Selection
We cannot guarantee that everyone who expresses interest will be selected as a Community Host.
Because each walk or meetup only requires one host, we encourage you to express interest again in the future if you're not selected for a particular event.

No. You don't need experience leading events. We're simply looking for friendly, reliable women who enjoy meeting new people and helping others feel welcome. We'll provide guidance and a simple plan to follow.

No. Community Hosts participate on an event-by-event basis. There is no minimum commitment, and you're never required to host a certain number of events.

We'll reach out at least one week before the event with everything you need to feel prepared, including a simple host guide with tips for leading the experience.
You'll know exactly what to expect, and we're always available if you have questions before your Cafe Walk. -
No. We don't expect professional photography skills. We simply ask Community Hosts to capture a group photo and a few candid moments using a smartphone so we can celebrate the event and community.

Of course! Many of our Community Hosts are introverts. Your role is simply to help everyone feel welcome, keep the event on track, and encourage conversation.
You may choose the group size you are most comfortable hosting. Cafe Walk groups are limited to 10 women and other other event attendance ranges from 20-30.
